Settling in

We have settled in with our belongings having arrived have unpacked and just about found a place for everything.

Have great plans to spend time in my work room next week catching up on monthly challenges with Aust/NZ Journal Quilts and posting off the May Birthday ATC's which were made whilst we were living in Ballarat.

Robin has been working on our own web site for a few days now, over time I am sure it will be changed and added to over time.

Motel

At last we have moved into the motel , now busy with the Easter Trade, settling in and learning the ropes.

We still have a week before our furniture/belongings will be delivered from storage in Geelong, and new carpet to be laid on the 17th.

It's now a fortnight since the marriages of my two step daughters on the Gold Coast with the two couples enjoying a great day. The service was held in a park in Currumbin with the ocean as a backdrop, the reception at a local club. The room looked great thanks to the events decorator and staff at the club.

My daughter is enjoying her 57 day tour of Africa with her being almost half way through the journey.

Hopefully once the container is unloaded I will find time to utilise my workroom and sewing machine. Have suffered withdrawl symptoms.
